Woodstock Elementary PTA

Currently, Woodstock PTA online Scrip selections are limited to those listed below. Additional participating businesses are available by using the Scrip order form and dropping off your order in the front lobby of school (see details in sidebar to the right). If there are particular Scrip cards you would purchase regularly online, please email us!
When you click the "Add to Cart" button, a second browser will open with your order visible. At this point you may choose different quantities of Scrip cards.
When you are finished updating your cart, you will be directed to sign in to PayPal in order to complete your order. You will need a PayPal account but you will be able to use a credit or debit card. For information on how to create a PayPal account, click here. (Note: Your credit card bill will reflect a payment to 'Woodstock Elementary PTA'; a 3% fee increase has been to your card purchase to cover PayPal transaction charges. To receive a discounted Scrip card price, you may pay by cash or check by ording at school-see directions to the right on this page.
We are unable to mail your online purchases. If you place your online order by 8 pm on Monday evening, you can pick up your order on Friday morning or afternoon of the same week. If you place your online order after 8:00 pm on Monday you can pick your order up on Friday of the following week. If you want us to send your order home with your child, you will need to complete, sign and return to us a release form, which you can download here.

ONLINE SCRIP ORDERS will begin on the week of September 13th, 2010. First orders will be ready for pick up on September 17th.

Ordering Scrip at School

Print out a Scrip Order Form . You will see the donation from the store next to its name. The store automatically will donate this percentage, there is NO additional cost to you!
Fill in the number of each listed gift card that you wish to purchase from the stores on the order form.
Total your purchases from each store and note your final total in the bottom right corner of the order form.
Write a check for the final amount, made out to Woodstock PTA.
Drop off your check and order form in the white Scrip lockbox in the school front lobby before 8:30 on Tuesday mornings.
Pick up your gift cards on Friday the same week in the front lobby or sign and submit our liability waiver form to have your Scrip gift cards sent home with your child.

Note: if there is no school that Friday, pick up will be on the following Monday

What is Scrip?

Scrip is the name given to gift cards that are sold to Woodstock PTA at a discounted rate. When you use the newest Scrip order form to buy gift cards at their face value, the discounted amount is donated to Woodstock PTA from businesses for our teacher allocations and field trips.

2009-2010 Scrip proceeds contributed over $2000 to the PTA general fund for teacher and classroom allocations. Woodstock PTA's goal is to ELIMINATE one major fundraiser and replace it with Scrip proceeds. This will be determined by the participation of parents like YOU!

Scrip could bring in thousands of dollars from local businesses at NO cost to our parents. This requires YOU to order gift cards each week from Woodstock PTA.

Download the download the latest Scrip order form (May 2010 version). If you wish to have your child bring home your scrip cards, you will need to sign a liability waiver form and turn it in to the front office for PTA Fundraiser.
